For any first-time client, we offer a FREE initial 1 hour consultation.  Our initial consultation will usually consist of up to a 30 min telephone call, emails, requirements analysis, and estimate presentation.  One hour is typically more than enough time for us to match your needs with a feasible and cost-effective web-based technical solution and to determine both a price and time frame for the completion of your project.  

Our rates and pricing vary depending on the type of project and type of work being done. These are our general guidelines for pricing:*

• Hourly service rates: For support work that is outside of a project contract, such as for Web Maintenance, we generally charge hourly rates for our services. Typically our hourly rates range from a very competitive $40 to $60/hour.  Billable time for hourly service rates includes time for consultation, analysis, development, testing, and debugging.
• Project-by-project basis: If there is a specifically defined project, such as for an entire website, we usually handle pricing on a project-by-project basis. We will use your project requirements in order to determine a fair packaged price based on an hourly service rate.
