1. DEFINITION AND TERMS OF SERVICE: Any work for services rendered includes not only graphic design or coding, but also includes all other aspects of web design and development: consultation, research, analysis, testing, and debugging. Please express any budget or deadline restrictions or concerns before any services are rendered.  Estimates of time or flat fees can be provided for service if possible.  You will be notified if analysis/research fees may apply to determination of any estimate.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT: All payments are due immediately at invoice date. As a courtesy, for services already rendered, you have net 30 days for weekly invoices and net 14 days for monthly invoices before a 2% of invoice amount late fee, a flat late fee of $30, and penalties apply.

3. FEE FOR MISSED PAID TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS: Aside from emergency situations, any missed paid telephone consultation appointments that have been both scheduled and confirmed are charged 50% of scheduled time at regular rates if not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment date/time.
    
4. NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE PAYMENT?: If you do not have a Paypal account, when you click the Paypal button, you do have the option to pay with ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD without starting a Paypal account.  Credit card payments can also be made via telephone.  If you wish to pay via paper check, please make all checks payable to "Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans", mail to the address on the invoice, and notify us that you are making a paper check payment.

5. PARTIAL PAYMENTS: If you wish to make partial payments, please send payment via Paypal to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   and note your invoice number.

6. IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE: Please be sure to click the "Return to Innovative Web Solutions" button when making payments via Paypal, or your payment will not be reflected in the system.

7. OUR RESERVED RIGHTS: Upon prior notification (this serves as such), IWS of NO reserves the right to charge the legal limit in late fees for all 30-day or more past-due weekly invoices and all 7-day or more past-due monthly invoices, to change pricing of its services (unless under contract), and to refuse service for delinquent accounts.

9. HOW TO USE THE CLIENT SYSTEM:  Please read your new client email (contains initial login link and username and password) for help in using our client website system in relation to our services.

10. OUR LIABILITY:  Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans provides a full guarantee and warranty of the integrity and quality of any work we do, but this guarantee is null and void in the event of any third party tampering or misuse. Therefore the liability of Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans is limited only to resolution of any errors or defects caused directly by Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans.  We can not be held responsible for any errors, defects, or loss in revenue due to the actions or misuse of websites, web pages, web applications, or other web-related items (which we have designed/developed or on which we have worked) by any third party (including users) or by our client, their staff, their employees, and their associates.

11. SPECIAL OFFERS OR DISCOUNTS:  Unless otherwise stated, any special offers or discounts are valid for only 30 days from offer date.

12. WEEKEND/EMERGENCY SERVICE: Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans is available for weekend or emergency service (outside of regular business hours), but this service will be invoiced or estimated at a rate 1.5 times the standard rate for the service provided.  Please consider this before requesting any work be completed during a weekend or during a time outside of our regular business hours of 10am to 6pm U.S. Central time.

By requesting and engaging in services as a client of Innovative Web Solutions of New Orleans, you must agree with these Terms and Conditions.
